Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive, inclusive strategic plan and growth strategy by collaborating with the Management/ board of directors, which determines the enterprise’s overall vision, evaluates the overall business portfolio.
- Financial Planning- need a solid grasp of financial planning and forecasting and should be able to set milestones and budgets to ensure solvency and long-term growth.
- Responsible for developing short- and long-term strategies and goals.
- Key responsibility includes Business Growth Revenue Generation.
- Leadership for the development of strategic marketing plans including objectives and strategy for targeted markets.
- Experience in long-term sales/project pipeline development.
- Be informed of the industry landscape, competitions/competitors and client requirements at various levels.
- Design an executive business roadmap of potential business opportunities, including internal and external development programs, and financing opportunities.
- Participate in building the most advanced financial platform.
- Lead a sales team committed and passionate about onboarding client partners with innovative payment solutions.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationship with clients to improve their value and grow revenues.
The Successful Applicant:
- Prior work experience and an existing network in financial institutions, insurance companies, or institutional investment companies is a strong plus.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in a Fintech / Banking / Wealth Management or Financial Services organization selling. 20+ years of Experience in the same industry will be appreciated.
- High level of interpersonal communication skills and experience dealing with the most complex concepts and ideas in a very clear and concise manner.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
