Role Overview: As our CTO, you will play a pivotal role in defining the technological vision and strategy for EldersIndia. Your expertise will guide our development team in enhancing our existing tech stack, ensuring scalability, security, and user-friendly experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all technological aspects of EldersIndia platform, including PHP Laravel backend, Expo React Native mobile applications, and AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with our mission and goals.
- Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and security.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance platform performance, user experience, and scalability.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure EldersIndia remains competitive and innovative.
- Assist in the decision-making process for all technology-related projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role (e.g., CTO, Senior Architect, VP of Technology).
- Strong expertise in PHP Laravel, Expo React Native, and AWS services.
- Deep understanding of software development, architecture design, and best practices.
- Experience working with startups or social impact projects is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
