ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identifying Prospects: Finding potential clients and areas for business opportunities.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
Developing Proposals: Working with the sales team to create mutually beneficial
proposals. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and
negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Negotiating contracts: Communicating with stakeholders to negotiate the contract terms.
Building relationships: Meeting with clients and other stakeholders to establish rapport and build positive relationships.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Developing Strategies: Collaborating with colleagues to develop sales and marketing
strategies, and goals for the development team and business growth.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Prepare
regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
Attending events: Participating in industry events, conferences and explore opportunities
to add value to job accomplishments.
Qualifications and Experience:
∙MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
∙Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
∙Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
∙Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∙Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∙Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
∙Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
∙Preferable – B2B sales.
