Growing Young is a preventive healthcare program designed by Postgraduate physiotherapists. The program is holistically structured to address the needs of the elderly. The team has so far 20+ years of experience in Physiotherapy, 6+ years of experience in fitness for seniors, 1000+Â seniors touched upon and 100+ wellness forums addressed. This fitness program exclusively designed for 55 years and above is online, thus taking fitness to the doorsteps of elderly.
About the program,
An online fitness program (group) scheduled 3 days a week of one hour duration each.
The program is well suited and tailor made for 55 years and above.
Apart from the 3 days a week of direct session, we will also be sending homework videos twice a week, monthly fitness challenge calendar focusing on different muscles every time.
The charges will be Rs. 2500 per month
