For all payments made from the EldersTalent Platform

1. Kindly go through the cancellation policy of the Service Partner (subject to the current policy in place).

2. Based on the cancellation terms/ conditions of the Service Partner; the refund would be initiated by EldersTalent.

3. EldersTalent accepts online payments from Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Payment Wallets, UPI and COD.

4. A refund would be made to the same issuing source from where the transaction price was received.

5. No cheque, cash or demand draft will be issued as a part of the refund for any online transaction.

6. A refund would not be made to any other source (bank account, Credit Card or wallet) apart from the issuing source from where the transaction was processed.

7. The refund amount would reflect on your account within 7-10 working days.
